Teams must see those behaviours rewarded rather than overridden. This work needs to happen top down and bottom up, over time.
When organisations underinvest here, early AI initiatives do not collapse. They simply fail to lay the foundations for sustained, human-centered change.
When Accountability Is Fuzzy, AI Stalls
As AI begins to influence real decisions, questions of accountability quickly surface.
